The Script: Your Daily Responsibilities

As a Production Coordinator at Cinesite, you are the glue that holds a specific department together. Whether you are assigned to Assets, Layout, Animation, or Lighting, you are the primary point of contact for artists and the vital link to production management. Your day-to-day “script” involves:

1. Workflow and Schedule Management

• Target Setting: Prepare and administer the department’s master schedule. You will be responsible for translating high-level production goals into granular assignments, targets, and weekly quotas.

• Tracking: Update and maintain asset management systems (e.g., F-Track, ShotGrid) to ensure the real-time status of every shot or asset is accurate.

• Prioritization: Actively manage the flow of work, ensuring artists have the resources they need to hit their deadlines without bottlenecks.

2. Strategic Communication
