Your new company
You will be working for a privately owned real estate company who own and manage commercial properties across Alberta. This company is base outside of downtown and focuses on office, retail and industrial properties across Calgary. Due to growth, they are in need of a new Receptionist/Admin Assistant.
Your new role
You will report to the Senior Property Manager and be responsible general office admin duties as well as being trained up on the property administration side. Your duties will include sitting at reception and greeting visitors, supporting the day to day office tasks including answering phones, tenant communications & events, assisting with reports, vendors/contractor communications and rent notices.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have 2+ years of Receptionist or Administration experience, bonus points if its in a real estate background, however all strong admin backgrounds will be considered. You will be comfortable with, tenant communications, be eager to learn and grow and be a a strong collaborator. Experience with Yardi would be an advantage and a proactive attitude will set you up well in the company culture.
