Responsibilities
- This receptionist position will greet employees/visitors upon arrival/departure.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Prepare FedEx shipping labels, wipe down kitchen counters, empty/fill dishwasher.
- Restock coffee supplies/snacks.
- Perform walk-through of suite and ensure all conference rooms are tidy and operational.
- Meet vendors as needed.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills:
- Active listening, clear verbal communication, multi-tasking & prioritization, basic facilities maintenance.

Software skills:
- Microsoft Outlook/Microsoft Teams

Education: GED/HS
