Reports To: Sr. Executive Assistant to the CEO

Job Summary:

Peloton is seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

About the position:

• Start date: Mid November 2026


• End date: TBD based on decided length of Maternity leave

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

• Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to staff.


• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.


• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.


• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.


• Assist with onboarding new employees

General Support:

• Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.


• Provide support for special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.


• Foster a positive and welcoming office environment.

Kitchen Maintenance:

• Ensure the kitchen area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.


• Regularly stock the kitchen with beverages, snacks, and other supplies.


• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for kitchen supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Receptionist, Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
