Part-Time Receptionist

Royal Oak Nissan is seeking a professional, enthusiastic, Part-Time Receptionist to join their team!

As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll be essential in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere at our dealership. Your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to multi-task will allow you to excel in this role.

You will be required to:

• Answer phone and route calls accordingly
• Warmly greet guests and direct them appropriately
• Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties
• Deliver faxes and mail
• Provide other administrative support as required

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven proficiency with various software programs – MS Office
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and ensure quality and quantity of work meets expectations
• Great work ethic

Hours of work:

• Monday to Friday, 4:00PM-8:00PM and Saturdays
