Verify client insurance coverage, process payments and handle billing inquiries
Update and maintain medical records and documentations
Provide general administrative support as needed
Cleanup of common areas including laundry and washroom, maintain organization of the front desk
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software)
