VIRTUAL RECEPTIONIST
Monarch Physiotherapy Clinic
We need a Virtual Receptionist Assistant as part of our team who will be live on a video screen for 4 hours per day for 5 days and may include 5 hours on Saturdays to provide support for our business. You will see our clients through a 180 degrees web camera using zoom or similar application, you will see the customers in front of your screen and remotely help them with booking, taking payments and answering questions. You will also make and receive calls amongst other duties. Training will be provided to use our electronic medical record applications and other clinic applications. You will be engaged with managing our Account Receivable files for clients and insurance companies to collect on our unpaid accounts. There will be some administrative assistant duties that will be delegated in addition to the duties.
For this job, you will need to have the following hardware in place:
1. Recent and fast speed computer with Windows 10 minimum and 4G minimum RAM.
2. Web Camera with good resolution with possible built-In microphone/Computer Headset
3. Dual Monitor Screen connected to one computer
4. High Speed Internet for video streaming
5. Do you have a private and quiet office.
