Leah V Skin Care and Laser Clinic is looking for a Caring, Compassionate, and Experienced Receptionist to join our team.
Acting under the supervision of the Clinic Owner, the Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and welcoming customers at the clinic and communicating with them over the phone, by email and text message. The Receptionist provides outstanding customer service and plays a key role in the overall organization and management of the clinic environment.
Greeting Customers/Customer Service
Welcome customers as they arrive at the clinic and provide positive and friendly customer service.
Create a file for new customers and update existing customer files with treatment records, payments and appointments.
Answer phone calls and reply to customer e-mails and text inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude with basic understanding of esthetic procedures.
Book customer appointments and manage the clinic appointment calendar.
Reception Management
Ensure the clinic's daily opening and closing procedures are completed.
Manage the clinic's telephone, e-mail and text inboxes.
Ensure that the reception area and clinic rooms are organized, cleaned, maintained and stocked.
Customer Invoicing
~ Prepare customer invoices and verify invoices and payments daily.

Administrative Follow-up
Take customer photos and store in electronic treatment files.
High school diploma mandatory.
Formal training in office systems would be an asset.
Medical esthetics experience is an asset.
At least two (2) years of experience as an esthetics clinic or spa receptionist.
Spoken and written languages: full proficiency in English.
Required personal competencies:
Warm, friendly and positive attitude with customer focus.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly understand customer needs.
