Health Clinic Receptionist

Job Responsibility:

Our sports clinic (Advance Health Group, is seeking a highly motivated, professional and experienced receptionist to join the practice for a temporary part time position (8 weeks, starting on September 20th) . This position would be set shifts every week for 18-25 hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and alternating Saturdays.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

-strong interpersonal skills to assist practitioners and patients-knowledgeable with Microsoft Office suite-strong computer skills-detail oriented-strong time management skills-ethical/respectful and self motivated-a criminal record check

Will be responsible for:

-greet patients and answer phone calls/emails-scheduling patients-insurance billings and invoicing-communicate with patients, insurance adjusters and physicians-managing office inventory-general office organization and tidying

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Experience:
