Addictions Mental Health Coordinator Nurse

As a valued member of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will conduct assessments and formulate personalized treatment plans. Your responsibilities also involve crisis intervention, ensuring clients and their families receive continual support and access to necessary services, enhancing patient care quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform intake and mental health assessments
- Develop tailored treatment and crisis intervention plans
- Facilitate client access to supportive services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for optimal care
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and families
- Diploma in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing
- 2 years' experience in mental health treatment
- Current RN or RPN registration with BCCNM
- BC Driver’s License for necessary travel
- Strong knowledge of substance abuse treatment methodologies
