Strategic Projects Director In Mental Health Edmonton

Step into a vital leadership role as the Director of Strategic Projects and Digital Modernization in Edmonton. Drive transformational initiatives that enhance mental health services across Alberta. In this full time position, you will lead the ministry's digital modernization agenda and oversee enterprise project delivery strategies.
Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure project outcomes meet the needs of Albertans, while effectively managing risks and competing priorities. Your focus will be on building impactful, user-centered services in a energetic health landscape.
Key Responsibilities Direct PMO and oversee project delivery processes
Ensure user-centered digital services throughout project lifecycles
Integrate strategic projects for cohesive execution
Advise leadership on risks and modernization
Facilitate cross-ministry collaboration and engagement
Requirements Degree in Business Administration or related field
At least seven years of experience in relevant roles
Expertise in managing complex projects
Familiarity with governance frameworks and methodologies
Solid advisory skills for senior leadership
