Mental Health Lead Greater Sudbury

The Board is currently seeking a Mental Health Lead. The Mental Health Lead will hold a graduate degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in counselling, social work, psychology, or a related field, with demonstrated experience providing clinical services and coordinating case management for children, youth, and families with mental health and/or addictions concerns. The role involves supervising case management, providing clinical consultation to students and staff, and making evidence-informed recommendations grounded in implementation science and effective knowledge mobilization within school settings. The Mental Health Lead will also facilitate and support adult, qualified, and staff learning, serve as a resource or partner on internal committees and with community agencies, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. A strong appreciation and understanding of the philosophy and culture of a Catholic school system is essential, along with excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills, sound judgment, sensitivity in oral and written communications, and a solid commitment to confidentiality.
