Full-Time Project Accountant in Edmonton

Elevate your career as a Project Accountant with a full-time position in Edmonton. Oversee accounts payable and receivable while supporting an innovative accounting team. Reporting to the Controller, you will play a vital role in managing billing processes and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in A/R and A/P, particularly in a construction or high-volume environment, as well as strong Excel and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Complete client billings based on project types
• Prepare month-end WIP and Revenue Forecast Reports
• Review invoices for accuracy and compliance
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers
• File project records and documents accurately Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or diploma in accounting
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong background in accounts receivable and payable
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Become an integral part of our accounting team and showcase your expertise in managing diverse financial tasks.
