National Account Manager at Waste Solutions

Waste Solutions

Drive client success as Waste Solutions Canada's National Account Manager. This remote role focuses on relationship management, strategic oversight, and delivering top-notch service to major clients. In this pivotal position, you will manage National and Major Accounts, serving clients with multiple locations. Collaborate with internal teams and site leadership while identifying growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your goal is to support onboarding, meet revenue targets, and enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Act as main contact for key national accounts
Resolve client issues quickly and ensure high satisfaction
Identify growth opportunities for existing services
Support onboarding of new accounts and locations

Requirements:

Industry experience in waste management preferred
Education in a relevant field or degree/diploma
Experience managing national accounts or large clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual in French and English is an asset
