Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Spécialiste aux comptes recevables dynamique et rigoureux(se) pour se joindre à notre équipe. Ce poste est principalement axé sur le recouvrement, les communications avec les clients et la gestion des comptes dans un environnement de vente en gros dynamique.
Principales responsabilités
Gérer les comptes recevables et assurer le suivi des comptes en souffrance
Effectuer un volume élevé d’appels de recouvrement et de suivis auprès des clients
Communiquer avec les clients concernant les soldes impayés et les ententes de paiement
Rechercher et résoudre les écarts de facturation et les problèmes de paiement
Collaborer avec les équipes internes afin de résoudre les enjeux liés aux comptes clients
Maintenir des dossiers précis des activités de recouvrement et du statut des comptes
Qualifications
✔️ Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en comptes recevables et recouvrement
✔️ Excellentes habiletés en communication et aisance au téléphone
✔️ Expérience dans un environnement de vente en gros, de distribution, de fabrication ou similaire
✔️ Maîtrise des systèmes ERP et de Microsoft Excel
✔️ Personne organisée, persévérante et orientée vers les résultats

Accounts Receivable Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role is heavily focused on collections, customer communication, and account management within a fast-paced wholesale environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable and monitor aging reports
Make high-volume collection calls and follow up on overdue accounts
Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer account concerns
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and account status
Qualifications
✔️ 2+ years of Accounts Receivable and collections experience
✔️ Strong phone presence and customer communication skills
✔️ Experience in wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, or similar environments
✔️ Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
✔️ Organized, persistent, and results-driven
