About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to support our Office and Capital Markets teams in Montreal. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting brokers with day-to-day administrative activities
• Preparing presentations, reports, and transaction documentation
• Assisting with marketing initiatives and CRM management
• Coordinating transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Conducting market research and supporting business development efforts

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, , CoStar, and other sales and marketing tools, as required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
