Relevant de la direction des achats, le ou la spécialiste en conformité joue un rôle stratégique dans l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de la feuille de route de conformité à l'échelle mondiale. La personne retenue veille à ce que l'ensemble des activités d'approvisionnement respecte les politiques internes, les exigences légales et les standards de l'industrie.
Responsabilités principales
Conformité et stratégie
- Veiller à ce que toutes les activités d'approvisionnement respectent les politiques de l'entreprise, les exigences légales et les normes sectorielles.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une feuille de route de conformité globale ainsi qu'une stratégie internationale pour la fonction approvisionnement.
Gestion des risques
- Assurer la gestion des risques de bout en bout sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie des achats et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (identification, évaluation, atténuation).
- Superviser la conformité des fournisseurs lors de l'intégration et tout au long de la relation (politiques, exigences légales et réglementaires).
Engagement des parties prenantes et amélioration continue
- Sensibiliser et former les parties prenantes internes aux politiques, procédures et bonnes pratiques en matière de conformité.
- Piloter des initiatives d'amélioration continue afin d'accroître l'efficacité et la valeur ajoutée de la fonction approvisionnement.
- Réaliser des audits réguliers et préparer des rapports de conformité destinés à la haute direction (KPI, plans d'action, suivi).
- Former et accompagner le personnel des achats sur les enjeux de conformité, de gestion des risques et des meilleures pratiques.
Fusions, acquisitions et technologies
- Gérer les aspects approvisionnement lors de fusions et acquisitions (diligence raisonnable, intégration, alignement avec les politiques et normes de conformité).
- Exploiter les technologies et outils d'approvisionnement pour optimiser les processus, améliorer la collecte de données et renforcer la visibilité sur les risques.
- Définir et suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) mesurant l'efficacité des processus de conformité et de gestion des risques.
RSE et développement durable
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe RSE afin d'aligner les pratiques d'approvisionnement sur les objectifs environnementaux, sociaux et de gouvernance (initiatives de développement durable, reporting RSE, atténuation des risques RSE dans la chaîne d'approvisionnement).
Profil recherché
Formation et expérience
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, droit ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions d'approvisionnement, de conformité ou de gestion des risques.
- Expérience avérée dans les domaines suivants :
- Mise en place et gestion de politiques et procédures de conformité en approvisionnement
- Gestion des risques dans la chaîne d'approvisionnement
- Gestion et intégration de fournisseurs dans un contexte réglementaire
- Coordination avec des équipes interfonctionnelles (approvisionnement, juridique, finances, RSE, opérations)

Exigences linguistiques Le bilinguisme français-anglais est obligatoire. La maîtrise de l'anglais est requise afin de participer à des réunions, conférences, formations ou projets conduits en anglais.
Informations complémentaires
- Une expérience dans un environnement industriel, aérospatial, défense ou haute technologie constitue un atout majeur.
- Expérience dans un contexte international ou multi-sites souhaitée.
- À l'aise avec un mode de travail hybride (2 à 3 jours par semaine sur site à Saint-Laurent).
- Capacité à prendre en charge rapidement un périmètre existant dans le cadre d'un remplacement de congé de maternité.
- Solides compétences en formation et en accompagnement des équipes approvisionnement sur les sujets conformité, risques et RSE.

Reporting to the Procurement leadership, the Compliance Specialist plays a strategic role in developing and implementing the global compliance roadmap. The successful candidate ensures all procurement activities adhere to internal policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Strategy
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance roadmap and global strategy for the procurement function.
Risk Management
- Manage end-to-end risk across the procurement and supply chain lifecycle (identify, assess, mitigate).
- Oversee supplier compliance during onboarding and throughout the relationship (policies, legal and regulatory requirements).
Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement
- Influence and educate internal stakeholders on procurement policies, procedures, and compliance best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency and value of the procurement function through compliance and risk management.
- Conduct regular audits and prepare compliance reports for senior management (KPIs, action plans, follow-up).
- Provide training and development to procurement staff on compliance, risk management, and best practices.
M&A and Technology
- Manage the procurement aspects of mergers and acquisitions (due diligence, integration, alignment with company policies and compliance standards).
- Leverage procurement technology and tools to streamline processes, improve data collection, and enhance risk visibility and mitigation.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of procurement compliance and risk management processes.
ESG & Sustainability
- Work closely with the ESG team to ensure procurement practices align with the company's environmental, social, and governance goals (sustainability initiatives, ESG reporting, ESG risk mitigation in the supply chain).
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, compliance, or risk management roles.
- Proven experience in:
- Setting up and managing procurement compliance policies and procedures
- Risk management in the supply chain
- Supplier management and onboarding under regulatory constraints
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams (procurement, legal, finance, ESG, operations)

Additional Information
- Experience in an industrial, aerospace, defense, or high-tech environment is a strong asset.
- Experience in an international/multi-site context is an asset.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model (2–3 days/week on site in Saint-Laurent).
- Ability to quickly ramp up and take over an existing scope in a maternity leave replacement context.
- Strong training and coaching skills to support procurement teams on compliance, risk, and ESG topics.
