Engagement & Retention Specialist | LASIK MD

Join LASIK MD as a Patient Engagement & Retention Specialist in a hybrid role based in Downtown Toronto. This full-time position allows you to significantly enhance patient experiences. In your role, you will focus on engaging with prospective patients, conveying essential treatment options and timely information. Your ability to build trust and rapport will play a vital role in patient satisfaction and retention. With access to expert Ophthalmologists, you'll be a crucial part of ensuring patients receive top-notch care and support throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with patients through virtual and onsite appointments
- Communicate detailed information on surgical options and pricing
- Address patient inquiries concisely and effectively
- Personalize consultations to improve overall patient experience
- Utilize technological tools for managing patient records
- Strong interest in customer service and medical field
- Previous experience in retention or customer-facing roles
- Sales or account management experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for training travel within the GTA
