Salesforce CRM Field Engagement Leader

Elevate producer engagement as a Salesforce CRM Field Engagement Leader. Drive enhancements and advocate for a seamless producer experience across integrated sales tools. We are looking for a seasoned leader to focus on producer engagement and experience design. This role combines expertise in Salesforce with collaborative skills to work with CRM, sales operations, and design teams. You will lead the priorities of field requests, enhancing the overall producer journey while managing integrated sales tools. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead producer feedback forums to gather insights
• Translate field input into prioritized recommendations
• Champion simplicity across CRM and sales tools
• Coordinate transparent field request intakes
• Manage adoption of ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Requirements:
• Experience in insurance and brokerage operations
• Deep understanding of Salesforce applications in sales
• Strong relationship-building skills with field leaders
• Proven ability to deliver results in ambiguous environments
• Action-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities Leverage your CRM and engagement skills to create impactful solutions in our organization.
