Hybrid Practice Engagement Specialist at WELL Health

Drive clinical program success as a Practice Engagement Specialist at WELL Health in the Greater Toronto Area. Engage with physicians, and support clinical trials with AI-powered tools across clinics. In this full-time, hybrid role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Clinical Transformation, managing a portfolio of GTA clinics. Your key responsibilities will include onboarding physicians, integrating workflows, and maintaining long-term engagement with clinical programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape operational processes while working with a growing organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute clinical programs across assigned GTA clinics
• Facilitate physician onboarding for AI support tools
• Educate clinics on patient referral workflows
• Maintain consistent follow-up for physician engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance clinic integration Requirements:
• 2–5 years in healthcare operations or clinical engagement
• Familiarity with primary care clinic environments
• Proven relationship-building with healthcare professionals
• Strong results-driven organizational skills
