Deltera is seeking a Health and Safety Specialist to develop and implement comprehensive safety plans across various projects. This role requires collaboration with management and project teams while focusing on creating a culture of safety. You will provide guidance, monitor safety compliance, and ensure the health and safety of all employees and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct site-specific safety orientations for all workers • Assist in coordinating safety training sessions • Perform thorough workplace inspections and audits • Support accident and incident investigations • Maintain accurate health and safety documentation

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in Health & Safety or equivalent • 1-year experience in construction safety roles • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act • Completion of WHMIS and Working at Heights training • Strong communication and organizational skills
