Aerospace CNC Programmer/Operator Role

Elevate your CNC machining skills in a rewarding aerospace environment. An exciting opportunity awaits you to program and operate CNC machines contributing to global aeronautical components. We are looking for a CNC Programmer/Operator who is passionate about precision and has a strong background in CNC machine operation. You will interpret technical drawings, select tools, and optimize programs to enhance quality and efficiency. The role requires rigorous attention to detail, collaborative teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Program and operate CNC machines for precise part production
- Interpret plans and technical specifications for aeronautical components
- Optimize machining parameters and verify parts using precision instruments
- Participate in continuous process improvements and technical problem solving
- Document work and perform basic maintenance on machinery
- DEP in machining techniques or equivalent training
- 5 years of aerospace design experience preferred
- Proficient in CNC programming software like Mastercam
- Strong blueprint reading and dimensional tolerance skills
- Effective teamwork and commitment to learning
