• Build and mentor a team of skilled fermentation professionals
• Align engineering efforts with commercial goals

Requirements:

• Over 10 years in biomanufacturing and/or process engineering
• Proven expertise in fermentation scale-up
• Relevant degree in Process Engineering or Biochemistry
• Bilingual English and French communication
• Strong collaboration and emotional intelligence skills
