Lead Operations Project Manager in Recycling

We are looking for an organized and experienced Operations Project Manager to oversee our automotive recycling efforts. This role includes managing cross-functional projects that enhance operational processes while ensuring stakeholder engagement across various teams. Your successful delivery will lead to improved efficiencies and a better customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables effectively
• Analyze and improve operations from vehicle purchasing to logistics
• Direct the integration of digital solutions in our operational model
• Facilitate teamwork between Departments and external vendors
• Monitor project performance and report on KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or Operations
• 4-7 years of relevant project management experience
• PMP certification favored
• Experience in automotive recycling or logistics preferred
• Bilingual in English and French
