Maintenance and Cleaning Operations Associate

Perform critical cleaning and maintenance duties as a Maintenance Support Associate. Ensure the facility is safe, clean, and operational by addressing mechanical and electrical needs. In this multifaceted position, you will engage in both janitorial and maintenance tasks, enhancing the facility's appearance and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues in equipment such as conveyor systems and overseeing cleaning staff activities. You will also conduct safety tests and respond to emergencies while maintaining daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cleanup using appropriate methods and equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical issues in various machinery
• Supervise daily operations of cleaning personnel
• Inspect contractor work and manage sign-offs
• Test emergency backup systems regularly

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 3 months relevant experience required
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing 50 pounds
• Familiarity with fire suppression and safety systems is advantageous
• Willingness to learn and adapt on the job
