Market Director for Infrastructure Ontario

Lead strategic growth as the Market Director at COWI in Ontario and Eastern Canada, focusing on transportation and infrastructure. Build relationships, develop proposals, and ensure revenue targets are met. COWI seeks an experienced leader for the role of Market Director, targeting key transport sectors. You will set revenue goals, identify opportunities, and foster trusted partnerships with regional stakeholders such as MTO and Metrolinx. The role requires deep industry knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in business development. Key Responsibilities:
• Set backlog revenue targets for Ontario and Eastern Canada
• Identify key clients and maintain a diversified opportunity pipeline
• Develop relationships with regional stakeholders and contractors
• Lead capture planning and proposal development for major projects
• Represent COWI at technical committees, seminars, and conferences Requirements:
• Minimum 20 years in infrastructure, specializing in transportation
• M.Sc. in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
• Licensed Skilled Engineer in Ontario (P.Eng)
• Proven business development and capture strategy skills
• Ability to communicate professionally in French (asset) Drive impactful infrastructure initiatives with expertise and strategic insight at COWI.
