Director of Finance at Brookfield Infrastructure

Lead finance operations as the Director of Finance with Brookfield Infrastructure. This key role focuses on financial reporting, compliance, and guiding your team through complex challenges. In this newly created position, you will report directly to the Vice President of Finance. Your primary responsibilities include reviewing quarterly financial statements, managing fund operations, and ensuring adherence to tax regulations. You'll interface with both internal teams and external stakeholders to present accurate financial insights and oversee fund valuations. Key Responsibilities:
• Review quarter-end financial reports under US GAAP/IFRS
• Manage service provider interactions for operational efficiency
• Oversee internal and external audit requests
• Conduct quarterly analysis of fund investment valuations
• Lead management of capital calls and investor distributions Requirements:
• Qualified accounting designation (CPA/CA) required
• Seven years of finance or accounting experience
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in financial systems, including Excel This pivotal role will enhance financial operations and reporting within Brookfield Infrastructure.
