Finance Director - Logistics at McCain Foods

Drive financial success in logistics with McCain Foods as a Director of Finance in North America. Lead key projects to enhance supply chain decision-making and financial oversight. This full-time position focuses on managing logistics finance, including freight and storage costs, and serves as the financial partner to the Head of Supply Chain NA. You'll be pivotal in implementing financial dashboards and using AI tools for enhanced insights while tracking key performance indicators. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will ensure forward-looking decisions sustain profitability and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a finance team to develop capabilities
- Analyze logistics spend and financials of strategic projects
- Partner with supply chain leadership for financial oversight
- Facilitate actions across strategic initiatives
- Optimize decision-making processes with financial insights
- Minimum 6 years in finance or supply chain analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain
- MBA or CPA preferred
- Experience in CPG or food manufacturing desired
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
