Accounting Director at Fed Finance

Take the lead in financial accuracy at Fed Finance as the Accounting Director. Oversee accounting operations, manage a talented team, and ensure compliance in both Canada and the USA.

This pivotal role reports directly to the Accounting Department. You will produce reliable financial data while meeting deadlines, including preparing audited financial statements. Your leadership will guide the accounting team and drive process improvements in our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise daily operations of the accounting team • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations • Oversee tax planning, returns, and compliance • Validate journal entries and reconciliations for reliability • Prepare and analyze monthly and consolidated financial reports

Requirements: • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration • CPA Canada membership or equivalent required • Bilingual in French and English • Leadership experience in a similar role
