Job Description

Region: Various assignments available across the province of Quebec

Salary: $65 to $85 per hour

Mandate Type: Full-time / Part-time

Profile and Responsibilities:

As Vice President of Finance, you will lead the company's financial function.

Your responsibilities include:

• Financial Strategy: Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in collaboration with the management team.
• Financial Management: Oversee accounting, cash flow, taxation, and financial risk management.
• Financial Reports: Produce regular, transparent financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Budget Planning: Develop and supervise annual budgets, ensuring operational efficiency and financial goal achievement.
• Analysis and Advice: Provide in-depth financial analysis, strategic advice, and recommendations for optimal financial performance.
• Team Management: Supervise and lead the financial team, fostering a collaborative and stimulating work environment.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (CPA, CFA) is an asset.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in professional services or recruitment.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles, financial standards, and regulations.
