Teneo souhaite recruter un(e) professionnel(le) des communications hautement qualifié(e), dynamique et motivé(e), pour se joindre à notre bureau de Montréal (ou Toronto/Calgary).
Alors que nous poursuivons la croissance de nos activités au Canada, nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) de haut calibre pour rejoindre notre équipe Stratégie & Communications en tant que Vice‑président(e) principal(e) . Il s’agit d’une occasion unique de jouer un rôle déterminant dans le développement et l’expansion de Teneo Canada.
Description du poste
Le ou la vice‑président(e) principal(e) est un membre clé de nos équipes client et agit comme conseiller(ère) principal(e) auprès de dirigeants et d’organisations.
À ce titre, vous serez responsable de:
- développer des stratégies de communication,
- fournir des conseils de haut niveau à nos clients,
- diriger des initiatives couvrant la communication numérique et traditionnelle,
- superviser la planification à long terme, la réponse rapide et la gestion de crise.
Les VP principaux sont des professionnels expérimentés, capables de conseiller directement les clients sur la stratégie d’entreprise, les communications, les relations avec les investisseurs, les affaires publiques et les relations gouvernementales. Ils travaillent étroitement avec les membres seniors de l’équipe pour gérer les mandats et offrir un service de classe mondiale.
Le poste est basé à Montréal (ou Toronto/Calgary), avec un minimum de trois jours par semaine au bureau .
Responsabilités
- Concevoir et piloter des stratégies et campagnes de communication pour les clients.
- Contribuer à la stratégie de développement des affaires, incluant la rédaction de propositions et la participation aux présentations nationales.
- Soutenir le travail client dans les bureaux de Montréal, Toronto et Calgary, avec possibilité de collaborer à des mandats internationaux.
- Préparer des livrables professionnels : plans stratégiques, communiqués, messages clés, Q&R, notes d’information, documents de médias et autres.
- Servir de point de contact principal auprès du client pour élaborer et exécuter les initiatives de communication.
- Définir la stratégie, la répartition du travail et les priorités de l’équipe centrale, tout en garantissant un service client de haute qualité.
- Anticiper les besoins des clients et analyser les tendances externes pour fournir des conseils pertinents et prospectifs.
- Jouer un rôle de mentor et de modèle pour les collègues.
- Gérer les priorités selon les orientations stratégiques, en tenant compte des interdépendances entre équipes.
- Assurer le respect des délais et des échéanciers.
Qualifications
- Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience en relations publiques, communications corporatives, médias, relations avec les investisseurs ou domaines connexes.
- Capacité à fournir des conseils stratégiques à des dirigeants de haut niveau, y compris des membres de la haute direction (C‑suite).
- Solide compréhension des environnements macro‑économiques, politiques et réglementaires afin d’informer les recommandations stratégiques.
- Réseau bien établi dans les médias et le milieu des affaires au Canada.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, avec capacité à développer et exécuter des stratégies de communication multiplateformes.
- Capacité à penser de manière créative, à aborder les communications sous de nouveaux angles et à gérer efficacement vers le haut et vers le bas dans l’organisation.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale; maîtrise des présentations PowerPoint requise.
- Baccalauréat ou équivalent.
- Expérience en agence ou en cabinet‑conseil fortement souhaitée.
- Le bilinguisme n’est pas obligatoire, mais constitue un atout important , tout particulièrement au bureau de Montréal.
- Disponibilité pour travailler au bureau au moins trois jours par semaine .
