Votre expertise en chasse de tête et votre expérience dans le secteur manufacturier seront mises à profit pour développer des stratégies de recrutement efficaces. Key Responsibilities:
• Identifier les meilleures stratégies de recrutement
• Gérer l'ensemble du processus d'acquisition de talents
• Rédiger et publier des annonces sur différentes plateformes
• Évaluer les candidatures et coordonner les entrevues
• Informer les candidats des résultats de leur sélection Requirements:
• Diplôme en ressources humaines ou domaine connexe
• Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en recrutement
• Expertise en chasse de tête sur LinkedIn et Indeed
• Maîtrise des outils SIRH
