Description du poste Un rle cl au cur de lattraction et de lexprience candidat Relevant de la Directrice des Ressources humaines, le ou la Conseiller(e) en acquisition de talentsjoue un rle stratgique dans lattraction, lvaluation, lembauche et lintgration des talents qui soutiendront la croissance dIntersand.
Vritable partenaire daffaires, vous contribuez activement btir des quipes solides et performantes, en offrant une exprience candidat et employ distinctive et aligne sur notre marque employeur.
Vous voluerez dans un environnement dynamique o votre expertise et vos initiatives auront un impact direct sur la capacit de lorganisation attirer, mobiliser et fidliser ses talents.
Selon les besoins organisationnels, vous aurez galement loccasion de contribuer divers projets et initiatives RH lorsque le volume de recrutement le permet.

Offrir une exprience candidat et employ humaine, professionnelle et distinctive
Assurer une intgration russie favorisant lengagement et la rtention
Conseiller les gestionnaires dans leurs dcisions dembauche
Contribuer activement au dveloppement et au rayonnement de la marque employeur
Diversifier et optimiser les stratgies desourcingen dveloppant des initiatives pour attirer les talents de la relve (stages, campus, etc.)
Optimiser les pratiques et outils dacquisition de talents
Vos responsabilits principales Dployer des stratgies dattraction de talents,desourcinget diversifies (affichages, chasse, rseaux sociaux, rfrencement, etc.)
Collaborer avec les gestionnaires pour dfinirlesbesoins etprofils recherchs et les stratgies dattraction
Prendre en charge lensemble du cycle de recrutement, de lanalyse des besoins lintgration
Effectuer les prslections, entrevues et valuations des candidats
Conseiller les gestionnaires sur les meilleures pratiques dentrevue et de slection
Assurer une exprience candidat proactive et un suivi rigoureux chaque tape
Planifier, coordonner et amliorer le processus dintgration (onboarding)
Reprenter lentreprise lors de foires demploi, vnements de recrutement et activits dans les coles
Collaborer des initiatives de marque employeur (vnements, contenu, visibilit, etc.)
Mettre en place des initiatives qui favorisent la rtention des employs
Contribuer lamlioration continue des processus et des indicateurs de performance
Mantenir une veille des tendances du march et des meilleurespratiquesdattractionet de rmunration
Participer divers projets et initiatives RH en soutien lquipe, selon les priorits de lorganisation
Qualifications Baccalaurat en ressources humaines, relations industrielles ou domaine connexe 5 7ans dexprience en acquisition de talents ou en recrutement, incluant lintgration des employs
Excellentes habilets de communication et dinfluence
Fort sens du service client et approche cooperative
Capacit grer plusieurs mandats simultanment dans un environnement dynamique
Approche proactive, oriente solutions et rsultats
Matrise des outils de recrutement et des plateformes numriques (ATS, Linked In, etc.)
Bilinguisme franais-anglais pour soutenirnos oprations lextrieur du Qubec
