Your focus will be on building candidate pipelines and staying ahead of market trends. Key Responsibilities:
• Champion a customer-focused culture in talent acquisition
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for senior, complex roles
• Manage compensation negotiations with candidates
• Proactively source hard-to-fill positions
• Monitor labor market trends and bring insights to the team Requirements:
• 3-5 years of progressive recruitment experience
• Proven communication ability with all levels of leadership
• Expertise in behavioral interviewing techniques
• French fluency preferred
