Grow MaintainX as Acquisition Lead

Lead the charge at MaintainX as Acquisition Lead, enhancing our inbound growth engine with paid and organic strategies. Drive performance predictability and optimize pipeline growth through advanced analytics and AI tools. In the role of Acquisition Lead, you will manage a team of performance marketers, reporting directly to the VP of Growth Marketing & Strategy. Your responsibilities will involve leading the development of a scalable acquisition strategy that meets ambitious revenue and pipeline goals efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee growth forecasting and inbound pipeline management
- Maintain operational discipline in marketing strategies
- Drive portfolio-level optimization across channels
- Ensure clean attribution and effective reporting methods
- Leverage AI tools for improved performance and insights
- 7+ years in acquisition/performance marketing, SaaS experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years managing marketing teams
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
- Advanced analytical capabilities with BI tools
- Familiarity with AI applications in marketing
