Become a pivotal figure in talent acquisition solutions at PwC as a Senior Associate in SAP SuccessFactors. The role focuses on delivering value through innovative module designs. As part of PwC’s SAP Practice, you will utilize your leadership experience in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition implementations, specifically in Recruiting and Onboarding2.0. Your responsibilities will include analyzing requirements, documenting configurations, and training users, ensuring a smooth implementation process for clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and address client talent acquisition needs
- Document, design, and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Prepare functional specifications for developments
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test scripts
- Provide system support and user training
- Leading experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- Strong skills in module configuration and integration
- Excellent interpersonal and client engagement skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Project
- Completed at least 4 cloud implementations
