SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for Stabilization

Lead the stabilization efforts as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant after a significant implementation. Your expertise will support users and optimize functionality across multiple key modules. Our client is actively seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to provide crucial post-go-live support following a July launch. With at least five years in SAP SuccessFactors, you will troubleshoot issues in modules like Employee Central, LMS, and Onboarding, ensuring users experience seamless functionality. Your background in large enterprises or public sectors will be an asset as you collaborate with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily SAP SuccessFactors support after deployment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across modules
• Aid users with functional guidance and support
• Work with vendors and project teams on stabilization
• Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong expertise in Employee Central, LMS, and Onboarding
• Proven experience in support post-implementation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with diverse technical teams
