We seek an experienced SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Consultant with over eight years in utility environments. Your role will involve configuring payment processes, managing cash applications, and supporting collections workflows. Key activities include troubleshooting production issues and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer financial interactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure SAP IS-U FI-CA processes effectively
- Manage cash application and payment clearing tasks
- Support Promise-to-Pay and collections workflows
- Oversee collection agency integration activities
- Troubleshoot production issues and reconciliation discrepancies
- 8+ years of SAP IS-U FI-CA experience
- Strong expertise in payments and collections
- Familiarity with cash application and agency processes
- Knowledge of customer collections lifecycle
- Proficient in integrating SAP with financial systems
