Job Responsibility:

Principal Consultant - SAP TM - Montreal, Quebec Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 11 years of Information Technology experience. Preferred Qualification : Expert in Shipper scenario with all modes of transport Road, ocean, Rail and Ocean Modes of transport - Ocean & Air & Land Freight Order Transpiration Planning.Expert in Transportation Execution - Leg, Sourcing, 3/4PL , Rate & Rate change , Vendor contact ManagementGood knowledge on Freight Settlement - Charge Management, Charge Calculations, Freight SettlementIntegration with other SAP modules like SD, MM, FI, EWMWork with Business and technical teams to come up with the best solution for the business.Understand the business requirement, propose / design the solution, and prepare the Functional specification.Work with technical team to complete the delivery.Need to come up with innovative ideas which will provide value to the customer.Develop Functional recommendations including Process changes.Share perspectives about best practices, common technical issues & approachesWill support defects and enhancements through Incident, change and problem management.Owns the project deliverablesNeed to perform the role of SME.SAP Transportation ManagementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Well versed in English and French.
