Devenez un Leader en Acquisition de Talents chez MNP et dirigez des initiatives de recrutement sur mesure. Ce poste clé combine leadership, stratégie et relations clients dans un environnement stimulant. Dans ce rôle, vous serez chargé de fournir des services de recrutement de haut niveau pour nos clients. Vous allez façonner des stratégies d'intégration et établir des relations solides, tout en développant une réputation solide pour MNP. Votre esprit d’initiative sera essentiel pour identifier des opportunités d'affaires et renforcer notre visibilité sur le marché. Key Responsibilities:
- Diriger des mandats de recrutement adaptés aux besoins clients
- Établir des relations solides et durables avec les clients
- Composer des présentations attractives pour des offres de services
- Encadrer des équipes de projet pour garantir qualité et satisfaction
- Participer à des conférences et développer du contenu sur le recrutement
- 10 ans d'expérience minimum en recrutement ou conseil
- Solides compétences en leadership et travail d'équipe
- Maîtrise des stratégies et technologies de recrutement
- Orienté client avec souci du détail
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) nécessaire
