Overview
Join an amazing Talent Acquisition team dedicated to hiring and promoting the best talent to help Trane Technologies win! This dynamic role largely focuses on supporting Engineering, Product Management, and IT for the BrainBox AI team.
Location
The position uses Trane Technologies’ BrainBox AI Workplace Presence model, with dedicated in‑office days each month to focus on relationships, learning, and innovation.
What You Will Do
- Execute full life‑cycle recruiting from candidate attraction through onboarding, partnering with HR and hiring leaders to develop recruitment strategies, demand plans, and maintain communication throughout the process.
- Creatively source and attract internal and external candidates through referrals, social media, networking, niche resources, and other channels.
- Conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments, recommend viable candidates to hiring managers, and lead or facilitate candidate interview feedback sessions.
- Effectively build talent communities and candidate pipelines.
- Contribute to the growth of the organization by being a creative problem solver and implementing new processes to improve standard practices.
- Partner closely with HR and Compensation to manage selection and offer processes, including offer formulation, recommendation, approval, and new hire start processes.
- Manage all candidate communications to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the Talent Acquisition process, including warm‑keeping strategies.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.
- Creative approach to sourcing and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
- Strong candidate assessment and in‑person/virtual interviewing skills, with ability to evaluate candidate fit and position requirements.
- Ability to collaborate, influence, and lead change with leaders and key partners.
- Demonstrated desire for continuous improvement.
Language Requirements
- French-English bilingualism is required.
- Full professional proficiency in English is required to support collaboration with English‑speaking clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Compensation
Annual Base Salary Range: $71,503.33 – $99,470.00. Salary is the compensation type; incentive or sales commission are not applicable.
