This full-time hybrid position tasks you with managing the entire recruiting process and coaching a talented team of recruiters. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define roles and ensure the execution of a stellar candidate experience. With your leadership, you will shape the recruitment functions to support Zeffy's rapid growth across North America and Europe. Key Responsibilities:

• Source and successfully fill senior roles end-to-end
• Enhance interview techniques through coaching
• Deliver a superior experience for candidates at all stages
• Streamline and improve recruitment workflows
• Promote employer branding through innovative strategies

Requirements:

• 5+ years in leading talent functions, especially in startups
• Success in closing difficult high-level roles
• Experience coaching and mentoring recruiters and managers
• Understanding of AI technology's role in recruitment
• International recruiting experience preferred
