This dynamic role requires 3+ years of recruiting experience, alongside strong candidate assessment and collaboration abilities. You'll execute full life-cycle recruiting, creatively attracting talent through various channels and maintaining communication with hiring managers. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full life-cycle recruiting and onboarding
- Source candidates through social media and networking
- Conduct assessments and provide interview feedback
- Build talent communities and candidate pipelines
- Manage candidate communications for a positive experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years in recruiting roles
- Creative talent sourcing strategies required
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Bilingual in French and English for effective communication
