Become a leader at Lightspeed as the Head of Growth Marketing, focusing on building optimized strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue generation. Your leadership will guide teams in a data-first environment to achieve marketing excellence. As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will take charge of key strategies for our global expansion efforts. You will lead four pivotal teams: Marketing Automation, Conversion Rate Optimization, Marketing Analytics, and Marketing AI, implementing innovative solutions for user engagement and conversion. This role will require you to foster collaboration and a data-driven mindset, ensuring alignment with business objectives while driving continual improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and innovate within MAT, CRO, Analytics, and AI teams
- Define and execute growth strategies for various markets
- Drive optimization through data analytics and experimentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders on performance metrics
- Manage and enhance the marketing tech stack
- 8-12+ years in growth or performance marketing
- 5+ years of leadership in remote or cross-functional teams
- Deep knowledge of SaaS marketing technologies
- Strong analytical approach to marketing decisions
- Fluency in English for effective communication
