Role: Host/ Receptionist
Pay Rate: $25-27
TEMP HIRE: JULY 6- JULY 14TH
Location: MONTREAL- ONSITE
Your New Role
- Reception
- Checking emails, answering calls
- Maintaining kitchen – ordering supplies
- Walk through of the office space (checking for any messes, temperature of the office, office is clean and tidy)
- Check printer for stock paper and supplies
- Maintain conference rooms
- Mail pick up
- Catering
- Managing security system for office events (checking visitors in the system)
- Ad hoc requests & issues
- Mailing cheques
- Preparing materials for presentations and meetings
Must Have
- BILINGUAL ENGLISH AND FRENCH
- Excellent communication
- Need to be adaptable and willing to jump in wherever
- Busy environment, lots of requests
- Extremely polished
- Strong organizational skills & able to manage their own time
- Work independent
- Very professional environment
- MS Office Suite (basic Excel) – mostly Outlook
- EMS – booking system (will train)
