French Bilingual Operations Associate

Position Summary:

Operate in a client support and document processing environment by reviewing documents/forms received from clients through branches, verifying information, and ensuring accuracy between submitted documents/forms and internal systems. Support team operations, provide training when required, and assist managers with assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process documents/forms received from clients through branches.
• Verify all information between the documents/forms and the system.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data and documentation.
• Provide training to other team members when needed.
• Support tasks assigned by managers.
• Maintain quality and accuracy while handling client documentation.

Required Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Adobe

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Ability to speak French.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience working within a financial institution.

Education & Experience:

• Relevant experience in operations, administration, document processing, or a similar environment.
• Financial institution experience is considered an asset.

The expected base salary range for this position is $20 – $21 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
