Senior Renewal Operations Manager

The Senior Renewal Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in building and scaling renewal operations for a high-volume customer segment within a global technology and SaaS environment. This position combines strategic thinking, data analysis, and operational execution to create a predictable, efficient, and scalable renewal process. You will develop reporting frameworks, forecasting models, and performance indicators that give leadership clear visibility into renewal trends and business outcomes. Working closely with Revenue Operations, Customer Operations, IT, and partner-facing teams, you will optimize systems and workflows to support automated renewal management. You will also transform complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and improve recurring revenue performance. Accountabilities - Renewal Reporting and Forecasting: Build and maintain comprehensive renewal reporting for high-volume customer segments, providing leadership with reliable visibility into renewal forecasts, performance trends, and recurring revenue outcomes. - Renewal Data Management: Own renewal data operations by defining what information must be captured, where it should be stored, and how it should be maintained. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and usability. - Performance Analysis: Translate raw CRM and renewal data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations that support informed business decisions and strategic planning.

- Renewal Pacing Models: Develop, implement, and continuously improve renewal pacing models that track progress against targets and provide forward-looking visibility into expected outcomes. - Early Warning Indicators: Establish leading performance indicators and early warning signals to identify renewal risks, detect emerging trends, and enable proactive intervention. - Process Development: Define and implement standardized renewal workflows and best practices tailored to high-volume customer segments, ensuring consistency and operational efficiency throughout the renewal lifecycle. - Systems Optimization: Audit existing systems and processes, identify data or workflow gaps, and lead remediation efforts to strengthen operational performance and reporting reliability. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Revenue Operations, Customer Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to configure and optimize CRM platforms, partner portals, and renewal orchestration tools. - Partner Portal Strategy: Define how renewal information should be displayed, tracked, and actioned through partner portals, collaborating with relevant teams to implement effective solutions. - Operational Governance: Establish and manage a recurring renewal operations cadence, ensuring consistent reporting, performance reviews, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across the renewal function. Requirements - Professional Experience: At least 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Renewal Operations within a global technology or SaaS organization. - Renewal Operations Expertise: Demonstrated experience building, managing, and scaling renewal operations for high-volume customer segments, including the development of repeatable processes and reporting frameworks. - Advanced Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience building renewal reports, forecasting tools, and pacing models. Ability to transform raw CRM data into actionable insights and leadership-level presentations.
