CX and Renewals Specialist

The Role:

Enghouse Interactive is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Experience and Renewals Specialist . In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support, assistance with product renewals, and nurturing long-term relationships. You will collaborate closely with our sales, support, and customer success teams to deliver a world-class customer experience.

What you will be doing:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Enghouse Systems' customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Proactively manage the renewal process for existing customers. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Identify satisfied customers who can serve as advocates for Enghouse Systems, including case studies, testimonials, and referrals.
• Gather feedback from customers about their experiences and product usage, and relay this information to the product development and customer success teams for continuous improvement.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, renewals, and support requests in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent customer experience.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service, account management, or renewals management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of the software industry and customer engagement solutions is a bonus
• Spanish language skills would be a plus
