CRM Specialist

Job Responsibility:

This CRM Specialist role is designed for driven individuals looking to make their mark in the world of digital media. With the support of colleagues, this CRM Specialist will be responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of CRM activity across a portfolio of clients.

About this Role:

• Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
• Lead the design, planning, and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and personalization alongside with the creative development team and software development team (as needed)
• Create and manage email marketing calendars, ensuring timely and accurate campaign execution
• Design visually appealing and effective email templates, working closely with the creative team
• Analyze and report on email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
• Implement A/B testing to continuously improve email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations (ensuring PIPEDA and HIPAA compliance across portfolios)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM strategies with broader marketing initiatives
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in CRM and email marketing, incorporating them into ongoing strategies
• Develop and manage customer journey maps to enhance the customer experience and lifecycle management
• Depending on your experience, you may provide training and support to junior team members on CRM tools and email marketing best practices
• Depending on your experience, you may manage a team of up to 2 employees.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in CRM management and email marketing platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
• Must be very comfortable in communicating with clients and in-person/virtual presentations
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Creative flair for designing engaging and effective email campaigns
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices for maintaining data hygiene across portfolios
• Experience with marketing automation and customer segmentation is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
