The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Director of Growth, the Marketing Administrative Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team's initiatives and ensuring smooth operational execution. This role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including managing marketing communications, digital marketing efforts, and coordinating events. The Coordinator will support content creation, oversee digital channels, and assist with marketing data analysis. Additionally, the position requires administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and CRM management. Collaboration with various teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, is essential to align marketing strategies and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing and Content Creation: Creation and distribution of marketing materials, including emails, press releases, product updates, blogs and landing pages, and social media posts.
• Event Coordination: Planning and coordination of local and international events, including logistics, registrations, and promotional activities.
• Accelerator Programs and Start-up Challenges: Research, Identify, draft applications and manage participation in relevant accelerator programs and start-up challenges.
• Digital Marketing Management: Oversee all digital marketing channels, including the website (WordPress), blogs, emails, and social media.
• Partner Marketplace Management: Maintain and update listings on platforms like Microsoft, Google, and AWS.
• SEO Strategies: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility.
• CRM and Lead Management: Manage leads within the CRM system (e.g., Hubspot), including form submission, data entry, tracking, and lead nurturing activities.

• Data Reporting: Gathering and compiling marketing metrics, such as website analytics and campaign performance data, to support decision-making.
• Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success teams to support integrated marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years of experience combined in marketing and administrative role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
